Vickey Cline

Vickey Lynn Cline, 60 years old, beloved mother, grandmother and friend to many was called to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 7, 2020. She entered this world on September 6, 1960, born to Margaret and Henry “Red” Myers, Sr., in Baton Rouge, LA. She was known for the tremendous love and care she had for her children and the many other children that she raised in the community.

Vickey is survived by her loving son, Shannon Myers; daughter, Brandy Tarver; 4 grandchildren, Tyler Myers, Katelyn Myers, Tommy Tarver, and Taylor Tarver; 4 brothers, Henry Myers, Jr., David Myers, Rickey Myers, and Daniel Myers; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Vickey is preceded in death by her husband, Allen Brent Cline, Sr.; father, Henry ”Red” Myers, Sr.; mother Margaret Virginia Myers; and nephew, Hunter Myers.

Serving as pallbearers will be Henry Myers, Jr., David Myers, Shane Myers, Tommy Tarver, Tyler Myers, and Austin Myers.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA on Friday, September 11, 2020, from 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 12:00 PM, officiated by Reverend Jay Avance. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
