Tommy H. Lee

Tommy H. Lee, 80, a resident of Baker and a native of McCall Creek, Mississippi, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at his home surrounded by his family. He was a retired Maintenance Mechanic at Georgia Pacific with over 20 years of service. Tommy was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, and a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #4085, where he was a Past Grand Knight.

Tommy is survived by two daughters, Lisa Lanehart (husband, Russell), and Donna Tate; son, John David Lee (wife Rhonda); three brothers, David Lee (wife Margaret "LuLu"), John Lee (wife Sandra), and Mike Lee (wife Phyllis); seven grandchildren, Charles D. Lee, Jr., Lee Lanehart (wife Alaina), Caitlin Lanehart, Matthew Lee, Michelle Douglas (husband Anthony), Sarah Tate, and Molly Tate; five great-grandsons, Carter and Chase Douglas, Gabriel Lanehart, Tyson Tate, and Tommy Tate; and brothers-and-sisters-in-law, Bessie Krumholt, Myrtis and Norman Keith, Madeline Bueche, Margaret and Van Nolan, Charlotte Marshall, Jessie and Robert Drago, Faye and John Gaudin, and Bobby and Linda Brashear.

Tommy was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty Brashear Lee; son, Charles D. Lee; father, Charles E. Lee; mother, Agnes C. Lee; and two brothers, James E. and Donald Ray Lee.

Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Wednesday, December 30, from 5-9pm, and on Thursday, December 31, from 8am until religious services in the chapel at 10:00am, conducted by Deacon Shelly Joseph. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.

Serving as pallbearers are Bobby Brashear, John Lee, Mike Lee, John David Lee, Lee Lanehart, and Matthew Lee. Honorary pallbearer is David Lee.
