Thomas "Leo" Langlois Sr., 90 years old, beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to so many, was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 4, 2018 surrounded by his family. He entered this world on August 19, 1928, born to Caroline and Albert Langlois, in Baton Rouge, LA. Leo was a faithful member of St. Isidore Catholic Church. He retired from Cotton's Wholesome Bakery after 43 years of service. He enjoyed being outdoors while hunting, fishing and gardening.
Leo is survived by his three sons, Thomas Leo Langlois, Jr. and wife Gayle, Talmage Albert Langlois, and Avin Earl Langlois and wife Darlene; daughter, Redelma Langlois Linton; grandchildren, Adam Linton, Sabrina Linton, Tara Gibson, Jessica Craig, Thomas Langlois, III, and Kendra Lea; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Leo is preceded in death by his wife, Helen Langlois; parents, Albert and Caroline Langlois; five brothers and one sister.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the graveside service at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 6213 Groom Road. Baker, LA, on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., officiated by Deacon Shelley Joseph.
