Shirley Mae Landry Denham
A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and resident of Baton Rouge, Shirley passed away on Friday, October 24, 2014 at her home. She was 83, born March 23, 1931.
Visiting at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 5657 Thomas Road, Baton Rouge, on Tuesday, October 28, from 8:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am, celebrated by Father Frank Uter. Interment to follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Baton Rouge.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joe Thomas Denham four sons, Stephen Bradley Denham, Thomas R. Denham, Gregory Paul Denham, and Jeffrey Clark Denham three sisters, Maude Amorello, Irma Laird and Hilda Pennington a brother, Garland Landry six grandchildren, Joseph Bradley Denham, Matthew Denham, Ashlea Byram, Dayne Denham, Jonathan Brockhaus, and Nickie Cage and a greatgrandchild, Bastien Denham.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Woodrow Landry and her parents, Joseph Phillip Landry and Ruth Edvidge Landry.
Shirely was a faithful member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, and was a great cook.
