Samuel Cleveland

Samuel "Sam" Reed Cleveland, 69 years old, beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather, was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 24, 2023. He entered this world on August 26, 1953, born to Ouida Hewitt Cleveland and Billy Cleveland, in Jackson, MS. He was a Deacon for many years at First Baptist Church of Baker and First Baptist Church of St. Francisville. He loved anything outdoors, especially fishing and coon hunting. He never met a stranger and loved to talk to everyone. He was a licensed plumber and owned Ami Plumbing and Sears Plumbing for many years.

Sam is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Bonnie Law Cleveland; sons, Casey Cleveland and Conan Cleveland; and beloved granddaughter, Kayla Cleveland.

Samuel is preceded in death by his parents, and son Dustin Cleveland.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, on Saturday, April 01, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 12:00 PM. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
