Robert "Bob" Laurendine

Robert "Bob" Hilman Laurendine, 81 years old, beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather and Great Grandfather was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 16, 2019. He entered this world on May 4, 1938, in Laurel, Mississippi. Bob honorably served his country for 24 years in the United States Air Force. He loved watching football games, doing word search, reading Readers Digest, eating candy corn, and cheering on Ole Miss.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Patty Laurendine; daughters, Tricia Mayfield and husband James and Tonya Bankston; grandchildren, Jessica, Lacie, and Kacie; great grandchildren, Nick, Riley, Kyla, Ava, Robert; 10 brothers and sisters; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, Louisiana, on Thursday, July 18, 2019, from 10:00 AM until a Masonic service at 12:30 PM followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. The graveside service and burial will follow at Louisiana National Cemetery, in Zachary, Louisiana.
