A construction worker and a native and resident of Baker, he passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2010 in Watson. He was 25. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, Tuesday, December 14, 2010 from noon until religious services in the chapel at 2pm, conducted by David Bright, minister. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Survived by his father, Robert Bobby Redd III of Baker his mother, Lauren Yvonne Pate Redd of Watson maternal grandparents, Ann James Pate of Pensacola, FL two sisters, Melissa Ann Redd and Ashley Juliette Redd of Baker a brother, Thomas Paul Redd of Watson four nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert Ralph Redd Jr. and Mary Juliette Wilton Redd. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Robert R. Redd IV Memorial Fund at Capital One Bank.
