Raymond Kimball

A superintendent for Volks Construction and a resident of Central, he passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center Bluebonnet. He was 74 and a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 from 59pm and on Wednesday from 9am until religious services in the chapel at 11am. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Mayeux Kimball of Central two daughters, Marla Kimball of Central and Shanie Major of French Settlement one son, Alan Ray Kimball of Baton Rouge a sister, Sylvia Gauthier of Alabama a brother, Fred Kimball of Baton Rouge four grandchildren, David Chemin Jr, Matthew Chemin, Rae Major and Sunny Major and one greatgrandchild, Kade Chemin. Pallbearers will be Richard Wells, Willie Jenkins, David and Matthew Chemin, Kenny Kimball, and John Bossom. He was a member of Local 198. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
