Norma Lee Ainsworth Ragusa
A resident of Denham Springs, Norma passed away on Wednesday, October 08, 2014 at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice. She was 82, and a native of Leesville, MS.
Visiting at First Pentecostal Church of Denham Springs, 1020 S. Range Ave., Denham Springs, on Thursday, Oct. 9 from 68pm, and on Friday, Oct. 10 from noon until religious services at 2:00pm, conducted by Rev. Ray Johnson. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.
Norma is survived by six daughters and five sonsinlaw, Margaret and A.J. Melon, Jean Boudreaux, Cathy and Glenn McGee, Rhonda and Chester Leteff, Paula and Eddie Love, and Tammy and Daryl Roberts four sons and three daughtersinlaw, Joey Ragusa, Pete and Tammy Ragusa, Johnny and Andrea Ragusa, and Vincent and Phadra Ragusa 20 grandchildren and 25 greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ragusa parents, Elizabeth and Lee Ainsworth three sisters and a brother.
Pallbearers are Michael Langois, Chester Leteff III, John Love III, Daniel Love, Daryl Roberts, Jr., Brandon Roberts, Gabe Ragusa, and Austin Ragusa. Honorary pallbearers are Glenn McGee II, Zachary Ragusa, Stephen Spell II, Jeremy Spell, and Benjamin Spell.
Norma was a member of Life Tabernacle Church. She enjoyed cooking and caring for her children. She was a wonderful homemaker, and a loving mother she will be deeply missed.
