PRICE, Myrtle H.

Psalms 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His faithful ones. A retired telephone operator and seamstress, Myrtle H. Price passed away at 7:15pm on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center Bluebonnet. She was 80, a resident of Brownsfield, and a native of Oak Grove, LA. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Rd., Baker, on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 from 11am until religious services at 2pm. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. She is survived by 3 daughters, Carolyn Manning, Terri Carney husband Clay, and Linda Price 2 sons, Tony Johnson wife LaDonna, and Harold Price Sr. a sister, Dorothy Wilks 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one greatgreat grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, Essie and Thomas Higginbotham two infant children, Kenneth Melaine Price 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Pallbearers will be Tony Johnson, Clay Carney, Robert Jones, Adam Price, Ian Carney Harold Price Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Eric Ethan Carney.
