Michael Heil

A construction worker and a resident of St. Francisville, he passed away at his home on Monday, June 25, 2012. He was 48, a native of Baton Rouge, and a former resident of Baker. He is survived by his parents, Leroy and Ella Wood Heil of St. Francisville a daughter, Jennifer Story of Baton Rouge two sons, Jason Heil of Central, and Jeremy Heil of St. Francisville two brothers, David Heil of Zachary, and James Heil of St. Francisville and three grandchildren, Chloe Michelle Heil, Takara Renee Fleury, and Jaylah Nicole Story. Preceded in death by his wife, Michelle Heil and a brother, Kenneth Heil. Michael loved life, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His wishes were to be cremated, and his ashes sprinkled along the Gulf Coast. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
