A resident of Baker and a retired waitress with the Bread Basket, she passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 8pm at her home. She was 77, and a native of Washington, Louisiana. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Thursday, February 23, 2012 from 59pm, and on Friday, February 24, 2012 from 9am until religious services in the chapel at 11am, conducted by Rev. Rocky Bezet. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker. Survived by two daughters and a soninlaw, Rusty Vince Duck, and Bunnie and Darrell Viator two sons and daughtersinlaw, Tommy and Kim Vince, and Sonny and Brenda Vince two sisters and a brotherinlaw, Sandy Beasley, and Linda and Wayne Griffin two brothers and sistersinlaw, Marshall Jr. and Ann Quirk, and Thomas and Donna Quirk 16 grandchildren 11 greatgrandchildren, and a special friend, Terri Cedatol and her girls, Pulldee and Pulldo. She was preceded in death by a son, Mickey Smith a sister, Myrtle Ardoin, a brother, Gene Quirk and her parents, Marshall Sr. and Ada Quirk. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Jason DuCote, Tommy Vince III, Patrick Vince, Brandon Isaac, Darrell Viator Jr, and Kameron Langlois. Honorary pallbearers are Michael Smith and Chase Smith. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
