ORY, MARY A.

A resident of Baker, Mary A. Ory passed away on Friday, February 12, 2010 at her home at the age of 86. She was a retired accountant for the State of Louisiana, and a native of Francis, Mississippi. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Sunday, February 14, 2010 from 37pm, and on Monday, February 15, 2010 from 9am until religious services in the chapel at 11am, conducted by Mr. John Norris. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. She is survived by a daughter and soninlaw, Deborah Reggie Sanders of Baker a son and daughterinlaw, Bill Cheryl Ory of Baker three grandchildren, Cyndi Kearney, Wesley Ory, Candace Ory and two great grandchildren, Jeremy Ashlynn Kearney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil C. Ory a brother, Dave Aldridge, and her parents, D.C. Minnie Hester Aldridge. Pallbearers wil be Wesley Ory, George Ory, Albert Ory, Todd Kearney, Mike Hebert Mike Roop. Honorary pallbearers are Gerald Bonds Sr. and Norman Ory. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Baker Presbyterian Church, where Mary was a longtime member.
