Mary Nell Morris Leet

A resident of Baker, Mary passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Baton Rouge General Medical Center, MidCity. She was 67, and a native of Tylertown, MS.

Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Saturday, August 30, from 10:00am until religious services in the chapel at 2:00pm, conducted by Rev. Gerald Cook. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Mary is survived by her husband of 50 years, Maxie Leet of Baker three daughters, Rhonda Leet Thiels and husband Everett of Denham Springs, Donna Thevenot and husband Randy of Prairieville, and Mary Beth Hodges and husband Dustin of Watson four grandchildren, Justin Thevenot, Dustin Thevenot, Kaitlyn Thiels, and Kaleb Thiels three sisters, Ruby Nell Cox, Rosa Lee Dixon, and Flora Lee Montgomery and three brothers, Elmer Morris, Jr., Burley Morris, and Walter Morris.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby Lee Breeland Morris and Elmer Morris, Sr. Pallbearers will be grandsons and sonsinlaw.

Mary was a member of Bethany World Prayer Center.
