Mary Cartee

A resident of Ronan, Montana, she passed away on Friday, September 21, 2012. She was 87, and a native of New Roads. She made her residence in Baton Rouge where she lived for 60 years, and retired from South Central Bell. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 10am until religious services in the chapel at 1pm, conducted by Rev. Ted Long. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker. Survived by two daughters and sonsinlaw, Gerry and Joseph Trapani of New Orleans, and Carolyn and Lowell DeJournett of Ronan, Montana two granddaughters, Sara Schonbord and Joanna Dominguez five great grandchildren, Ian, Julian, and Robert Samuel Schonbrod, and dArtagnan and Frank Lowell Dominguez and a nephew, Eddie Butch Johnson, Jr. of Tampa, Florida. She was preceded in death by her husband, Prentiss Steve Cartee brother, Milton Olinde sister, Florence Johnson and her parents, Mitchel and Melice Bueche Olinde.
