Martha Lovetta Albert, 71, born February 21, 1944 was a resident of Gloster, MS, a former longtime resident of Baker, LA, and a native of Decatur, IL, passed away at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 1:24pm.
She was a retired custodian from the LDS Church. Martha enjoyed retirement, and loved her flowers and gardening.
Martha is survived by three children, Charles Goodrich, Tina Partin (husband William), and Cara Baylor (husband Arnold); sister, Cynthia Zeissler (husband Mitch); three brothers, Roy Poston (wife Wendy), Donnie Tankersley (wife Brenda), and Mike Poston (wife Linda); nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Albert, Jr., father, Melvin Poston, and mother, Margaret Benner.
Visiting at Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, 4901 Harding St., Baker, LA, on Monday, January 4, 2016 from 9am until religious services at 11am, conducted by Bishop Bruce Pomeroy.
Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.
