Mark Griffith

Mark Dewayn Griffith, 61 years old, loving Husband, Dad, Paw-Paw, and Friend, passed away on June 2, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He entered this world on August 27, 1960, born to Shelly and Donnell Griffith, in Hattiesburg, MS. He loved his family very much and has fought for over 20 years to stay with them. He was a cancer survivor of 6 years. He loved fishing, hunting, and hanging out with his family and friends. He loved vacationing in the mountains of Tennessee. He has been a resident of Watson, LA for 26 years, and grew up in Baker, LA.

Mark is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 43 years, Annette Roberts Griffith; daughter, Ashley and Adam DiBenedetto and their children, Alyssa, Cara, and Ella; daughter, April L. Griffith; son, Mark and Lacy Griffith and their children, Caden, Sydnie, Cohen, and Kylie; brother, Scott and Sharon Griffith; close friends like family, Carter and Amanda Lee and their children, Gabby and Garrett; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents; mother-in-law, Vivian Ford Roberts; and father-in-law, Lynn Roberts, Sr.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, on Monday, June 06, 2022, from 4:00 PM until the Funeral Service at 7:00 PM, officiated by Reverend Dickie Davis.
