Margaret Donaldson

Margaret Ann Donaldson passed in peace, Sunday, December 25, 2022 at the age of 82.

She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Julius Ray Donaldson; son and daughter in-law Larry and Lisa Donaldson; daughter and son in-law Carol and Craig Dugas. Her 8 grandchildren that brought her great joy; Bradley, Brian and Brett Donaldson, Candice Savant and Clayton Dugas, Alicia Robbins, Jodie Lambert and Sonny Lambert. She also shared that joy with her 17 great grandchildren.

Ann is preceded in death by her daughter Janet Lynn Donaldson; granddaughter Britni Michelle Donaldson; brother James Alford and parents Tharrel and Kathryn Alford.

After graduation from Istrouma High School and marriage to Ray, Ann was blessed to be a full-time mom to their 3 children. She embraced being a mother and was devoted to her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend that was loved, is missed, and will always be cherished.

Funeral services will take place at Baker Funeral Home in Baker, Louisiana on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with burial immediately following at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
