Louis Jones

Louis Monroe Jones, 88 years old, passed away on August 4, 2022. He entered this world on October 8, 1933, born to Corinne and William Jones, in Baton Rouge, LA. Louis honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked for and retired after many years of service from Formosa.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Enid Lorraine Keowen Jones; son, Glenn Jones (Joe Melcher); daughter, Debra Rush (Donald); grandchildren, Tiffanie Livingston (Ed), Brandi Woods (Joe), and Kile Haynes; great-grandchildren, Evelyn and Dylan Woods, Payton Livingston, Brayden and Chase Haynes; sisters-in-law, Veta Jones, Nancy Tanner, Dottie Keowen and Dorothy Dixon.

Louis is preceded in death by his father, William Monroe Jones; mother, Corrine Smith Jones; and brother, J.T. Jones.

The family would like to thank Dr. Ed Vinci and wife, Nancy and Dr. McKnight (Sweetheart).

The family would also like to thank Eric and Janelle Halphen and Pat and Charlene, the Clarity Hospice of BR, Lane Memorial, Hospital, Grace Health and Rehab Center, and Baton Rouge Health Care Center for their wonderful and unforgettable services.
