Left to cherish his memory are his beloved grandchildren Kendall, Colton, Hudson and Micah. He is survived by his brothers Wade (Corlis) and Frank (Lili).

L.J. was known for his love of the outdoors, riding horses, being a scoutmaster for Troop 25 St. Isidore Baker and sports. After his daughters finished playing softball he became an umpire for both high school and travel.

A graveside service will be held near his favorite place in Centreville, MS.
