Linda Yllander

Linda Jean Clingan Yllander, 82 years old, beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Sister was called to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 17, 2024. She entered this world on March 16, 1941, born to Evelyn Jones Clingan and Thomas Clingan, in Texarkana, AR.

Linda is survived by her sons, Rick Yllander (Lisa) of Ethel, Jeff Yllander (Alice) of Florida, and Thomas Yllander of Texas; daughter, Vickie Huh (Kyung) of Texas; 9 grandsons, Corey Yllander, Micah Yllander, Austin Yllander , Jake Yllander, Jonathan Yllander, Thomas Yllander, Tyler Yllander, Quinlan Huh and Baylor Huh; great-grandchildren, Harrison Yllander, Sailor Mae Yllander and Memphis Yllander; sisters, Dana Schaub, Betty Middleton, and Paula Freeman; brothers, Al Clingan and Van Clingan; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Andrews Yllander; father, Thomas Clingan; mother, Evelyn Jones Clingan; and daughter in law, Tabatha Yllander.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker LA, on Monday, January 22, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
