Karen Wilkinson Siewert Terrell, 63 years old, a resident of Ethel, born in Clinton, LA on September 28, 1953 to Louis Wilkinson, Sr. and Virginia Dominick. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Ochsner Medical Center, Baton Rouge, surrounded by her loving family. She loved to cook and enjoyed caring for her grandchildren and her family. She enjoyed watching sports and her "stories". Her favorite place to shop was as she called it "The Stage". Karen lived life without regret.
Karen is survived by her son, Christopher Siewert; her daughter, Stephanie Chenevert and husband Jude; 2 grandsons, Blake Siewert and Bryce Chenevert; sister, Edith Borel and husband Thayer; brother, Louis Wilkinson, Jr.; numerous nieces and nephews.
Karen is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Douglas Terrell; mother, Virginia Dominick Roussel; and brother, Keith Lee Wilkinson.
The family would like to express their sincerest appreciation to Mrs. Laurice Terrell for always being there for Karen.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the religious service at 1:00 p.m. conducted by Reverend Tim Norris. The graveside service and burial will follow in the Sandy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
