Judy Stokes

A resident of Baton Rouge, she died Sunday, July 14, 2013 at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice. She was 66 and a native of Carbondale, IL. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 from 48pm, and on Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 8am until religious services in the chapel at 10am. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Survived by husband, Paul E. Stokes of Baton Rouge daughter and soninlaw, Kathy and Mark Anderson of Carbondale, IL son, Shane Hutsell of Sachese, TX sister, Janet Adams Walsh of St. Louis, MO two brothers, Charles Adams of Rockford, IL, and Chestley Adams of Chickamunga, GA and two grandchildren, Jackson and Madalyn Hutsell and their mother, Caroline SkipperHutsell. Judy worked in the food and beverage industry and jewelry sales. She loved finding thrift store bargains. Special thanks to Dr. Michael Castine, St. Joseph Hospice, and The Carpenter House.
