Joyce Coxe

The time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:68. A loving mother and Grannie, and a longtime Bakerarea resident, Joyce Ford Coxe died Monday, January 30, 2012 in Zachary, LA. She was 68 and a native of Mississippi. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, Wednesday, February 1, 2012 from noon until religious services in the chapel at 2pm, conducted by Rev. Joseph C. Carlo. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker. She is survived by a son and daughterinlaw, Spencer and Stephanie Coxe, and granddaughters, Reygan Elaine and Sydney Ann Coxe of Central a sister, Peggy Ford Mccleary of Baker special lifelong friend, Rose Marie Pizzolato and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Reymond E. Coxe father and mother, Robert and Ercell Ford brothers, Bobby and H.K. Ford and a sister, Vivian Roberts. Special thanks to Dr. Stephen Speeg for his continued care and compassion, and the staff at Zachary Manor Nursing Home.
