Jeffrey Lacaze

Jeffrey Peter LaCaze, 55 years old, was called from his earthy home, on October 16, 2022. He entered this world on October 19, 1966, born to Lynn and James LaCaze, in Cottonport, LA. Jeffrey played in the Highschool Band in Morgan City as a child. He loved cars, especially Mustangs, and enjoyed watching NASCAR, going fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Jeffrey is survived by his children and grandchildren; mother, Lynn Roy Bourgeois; 2 sisters, Lynda Rulf (William Price) and Tina Bourgeois; and his brother, Ken Bourgeois.

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his biological father, James LaCaze; and his father, Leo Bourgeois.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, from 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:30 AM officiated by Brother Matt Hays. The graveside service and burial will follow at Louisiana National Cemetery, in Zachary, Louisiana.
