James Noble

James Eugene Noble, 79 years old, was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 11, 2023. He entered this world on April 14, 1944, born to Elbon and Thelma Noble, in Clinton, LA. James honorably served his country in the United Sates Army.

James is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Brenda Sellars Noble; sons, Lonnie Noble (Toni) and Brian Noble (Nicole); 8 grandchildren, Dylan (Alyssa), Payton (Joey), Paige (Brandon), Taylor (Korey), Blaine, Brandon (Caitlynn), Chelsea (Ryan) and Hayden; 6 great-grandchildren, Brilynn, Huntley, Huxley, Shiloh, Piper and Tucker; sister, Pansy Blanchard (Wayne); and a host of nieces and nephews.

James is preceded in death by his parents Elbon and Thelma Kennedy Noble; and brothers, Calvin Noble, Dib Noble; and Wilburn "Cootie" Noble.

Serving as pallbearers will be Lonnie Noble, Brian Noble, David Jordan, Ryan Leininger, Brandon Noble, and Dylan Noble.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 12:30 PM, officiated by Pastor Philip Pimlott. The graveside service with military honors will follow at Louisiana National Cemetery, in Zachary, Louisiana.
