Huey Stuckey, Sr.

Huey Leatch Stuckey, Sr., 84 years old, beloved Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 30, 2021. He entered this world on November 2, 1936, born to Carrie Jewell Traylor and Henry Que Stuckey, in Rayville, LA. He loved his family, his tractor, working with horses, hunting and fishing. He was a jokester and never met a stranger.

Huey is survived by his children, Annette S. Guillot and husband, Mackie, Huey L. Stuckey, Jr. and wife, Debbie, Carrie F. Stuckey, and Sandra S. Hebert and husband, Ronnie; grandchildren, Holly Freeman, Mason Guillot, Jason Stuckey, Tiffany Hussein, Shontelle Stuckey, Justin O'Banion, Autumn Felps, Candace Hebert, Kara Hebert; great-grandchildren, Brady Freeman, Riley Freeman, Allison Stuckey, Brycen Hussein, Avie Hussein, Sami Hussein, Ainsley Poche, Jolee O'Banion, Jessie O'Banion, Jace O'Banion, Braelyn Felps, Briar Felps, Brynn Felps, and Dawson Dunaway; brother, Jerry Stuckey; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Huey is preceded in death by his wife, Alta Mae Wilson Carroll Stuckey; his first wife, Joann Babin Stuckey; father, Henry Que Stuckey; mother, Carrie Jewell Traylor Stuckey; brothers, J.C. Stuckey, Lemoine Stuckey, and Tom Stuckey: and sister, Aileen Stuckey Peterson.

Serving as pallbearers will be Justin O'Banion, Jason Stuckey, Matthew Stuckey, Mason Guillot, Tony Gunter, and Carroll Campbell.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker LA, on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the visitation will continue at Baker Funeral Home on Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 9:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 11:00 AM officiated by Reverend Ronnie Hebert. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana, officiated by Pastor Dennis Terry.
