Helen Frank

A resident of Baker, LA, she passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary, LA. She was 96, and a native of Egypt, MS. Helen enjoyed gardening, baking and sewing. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. Visiting will be at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Thursday, March 20 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm with the recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 pm. Visiting will continue in Aberdeen, MS at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 9:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Services will be conducted by Rev. Robert Doltan, Rev. Tim Murphy and Rev. Antony Chakkalakkal . Interment will follow in the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Aberdeen, Ms. Helen is survived by her son Richard Frank of Houston, MS, her daughter Marilyn and son in law Deacon Shelley Joseph of Baker, LA, and sister, Marie Gorski of California. She is also survived by her grandchildren Daniel and Teresa Joseph, Rosanne and Tom Sotor, Michele and David Stoute, Marie and Scott Mullen, Sheri Lynn Frank Hernandez , Stephen Frank and 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Frank brother Harold Lindau parents, Frank and Hattie Lindau and her husbands parents, Franz and Pauline Frank. Pallbearers are Daniel Joseph, Tom Sotor, David Stoute, Scott Mullen, Dale Peaster, and Kelly Tucker. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, P.O. Box 134, Aberdeen, MS 39730 or to the charity of your choice.
