Gloria Dufour

A resident of Zachary, she passed away peacefully Saturday, January 8, 2011 following a brief illness at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her son Dwayne and daughterinlaw, Keli Dufour. She was 70, born October 13, 1940 in Port Barre, LA. She was a retired and very dedicated bookkeeper to several surrounding Baton Rouge area businesses. She is survived and will be greatly missed by her son and daughterinlaw, Dwayne and Keli Dufour three grandchildren, Blake, Allison and Brandon Dufour two sisters, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, Monday, January 10, 2011 from 69pm, and on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 from 9am until religious services in the chapel at 11am. Entombment to follow in Hillcrest Mausoleum. Preceded in death by her husband, John Hugh Dufour, and her parents, Euric and Helena Guillory. She was very much loved by family and friends, and the constant heartfelt prayers brought great strength and support in our time of need. Her love will live on in many hearts and in the lives of those she touched on a daily basis. Special thanks to the staffs in the ER and SPCU at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center for such good care given.
