Philippians 4: 67. A resident of Zachary, Glenda passed away at her home on Monday, October 28, 2013. She was 73, and a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 from noon until religious services in the chapel at 2pm, conducted by Rev. Dennis Allen. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Survived by husband, Lewis Luker son and daughterinlaw, Gary and Susan Cummings of Zachary sister and brotherinlaw, Nancy and Billy Westmoreland of Marshall, TX eight grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Glenn Cummings daughter, Karen Cummings Viator and her parents, Ruth Raborn and Rex Bell. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Glenda enjoyed collecting Christian books and dolls, and loved going to church when she was able to.
