Gerardo Rodriguez-Cazares

Gerardo Samuel Rodriguez-Cazares, 45 years old, was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 16, 2021. He entered this world on December 31, 1975, born to Martha and Roberto Rodriguez, in Mexico City, Mexico. He was a member of Emanuel Church of God.

Gerardo is survived by his loving wife, Iliana Gonzalez; four children, Fernanda Rodriguez, Axxel Rodriguez, Alexxa Rodriguez and Jocob Gonzalez; mother, Martha Cazares; eight siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Gerardo is preceded in death by his father, Roberto Rodriguez; and two siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Emmanuel Church of God, 230 Little John Drive, Baton Rouge, LA on Friday, February 19, 2021, from  5:00 PM until 10:00 PM. The visitation will continue at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, LA, on Saturday, February 20, 2021, from 11:00 AM until the funeral service at 1:00 PM, officiated by Pastor Jose Romero. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, in Baker, Louisiana.
