George Algiere

A retired auto body repairman, he was a resident of Baker and a native of Westerly RI. He passed away Sunday, may 13th 2012 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center at the age of 63. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home 9:0010:00 am Saturday May 19th 2012 with religious services at 10:00 conducted by Rev. Basil Wicker. He is survived by his wife, Vera Algiere of Baker, 3 daughters, Tiffany Bolster and Amber Vaughn both of Texarkana, Tx and stepdaughter, Zdenka Motackova. 2 sons, George Algiere Jr. of Palatka, Fl and Timothy Algiere of DeLand, Fl and step son Roman Motacek. 4 sisters, Kathy Thomas and Sandy Riggs both of Live Oak, Fl , Shirley Bishop of Sebring, Fl and Barbara Dick of South Carolina. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mickey Algiere II.
