Gail Ryan

Gail Guepet Ryan, a resident of Baton Rouge and native of Baker, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the age of 85.

Loving mother to David McGovern (Karon), Stephen Ryan (Jackie), and Kevin Ryan. Grandmother of Adam McGovern, Sean McGovern, Kathleen McGovern, Jason Ryan, Alixandra Ryan, and Kaden Ryan. Great grandmother of Aubrey Rose McGovern. Sister to Jacob Guepet.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Ryan, her brother, Michael Guepet, and her parents, Jacob Stephen and Ruth Leonie Pertuit.

The family wishes to express appreciation for Lanell Vital in her care for Gail.

Her life will be celebrated with a service officiated by Deacon Shelley Joseph. She will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana in the presence of immediate family.
