Frances Evelyn Janway Davis, native of Eldorado, Arkansas, and a longtime resident of Baker, Louisiana passed away on her 91st birthday, March 10, 2018. She was a follower of Jesus Christ, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great great-grandmother, devoted wife, caring sister, and consistent friend. Frances was a retired East Baton Rouge Parish bus driver and spoke many times of this opportunity in her life to influence children. She loved traveling and spent years seeing the country with her husband and family (and meeting friends along the way). Frances was a faithful volunteer "Pink Lady" at Lane Regional Medical Center and served into her 90th year. She rarely met a stranger, and was quick to use this gift to strike up conversations, build relationships, and share a few parables.
