HALELLUJAH!!!

Effie M McLin Mack, 84 years old, beloved Mother and Grandmother, was called to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 13, 2020. She entered this world on February 13, 1936, born to Margaret and William N McLin, in San Diego, CA. She was a member of the former Christian Life Fellowship in Baton Rouge.

It was her blessing to surrender to Jesus Christ as Lord, in 1975 and walk with Him intimately since. In 1979 she entered into a new path as Misty Mack was brought into the family with many physical needs that Jesus miraculously met and brought Glory to Himself.

Effie is survived by her children: Margaret Link, Randall Link (Bridget); Misty Mack; Serena Schwartz (Randy); Bonnie M Ross; Alicia D Ross (Robert), Clinton Mack, Jr. son-in-law Dan Smith, and numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Reba Efferson and Louise Barker, a brother William McLin (Diane); and a host of nieces and nephews.

Effie is preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Mack, Sr.; father, William N. McLin; mother, Margaret Hines McLin; and a daughter, Katherine Link Smith.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Church of the King, 2037 Quail Dr, Baton Rouge, LA. on Friday July 24, from 10 am and a Memorial service at 12, noon conducted by Dr. Jere Melilli, MD.
