A native and resident of Baton Rouge, he passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. He was 88, and retired from the maintenance department with the EBRP School District. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Friday, April 12, 2013 from 59pm, and on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from noon until religious services in the chapel at 2pm, conducted by Rev. Glen Taylor, and Bro. David Parker. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker. Survived by wife, Bronis Butch Thomas ONeal two daughters, Connie and husband Bobby, and Laurie and husband Ben two stepdaughters, Pat and husband Denver, and Twinette and husband Jack stepson, Steve and wife Dawn two sisters, Regina and Sue a brother, Totsy a cousin, Goldie eight step grandchildren, and three step greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Agnes son, Paul stepson, Jeffery and three brothers, Jimmy, Peter, and Minton.
