Dorothy Hill

A long time resident of Baker and retired school bus driver, she passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at St. Clare Manor Nursing Home. She was 84, and a native of Wilson, LA. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Friday, May 18, 2012 from 911am, followed by graveside services at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, conducted by Tim Spurlock. Survived by a daughter, Sandra L. Hill of Baton Rouge son and daughterinlaw, Ted Hill Jr. and Sherri Hill of Baton Rouge brother, John E. Palmer, Jr. of Prescott, Arkansas two grandchildren, Misty Hill Guidroz husband Nick Guidroz and Cory Hill wife Danielle Feibel Hill and five great grandchildren, Hunter and Grant Ortego, Kate Hill, Cole Guidroz, and Beau Hill. Preceded in death by husband, William T. Hill, Sr and parents, Buddy and Louise Palmer. Pallbearers are Cory Hill, Nick Guidroz, Ricky Shaffer, Virgil McGraw, Jr., Ronnie Hill and Charles Henson.
