RICHARD, DELTON J.
A resident of Slaughter, lost his battle with cancer on Friday, July 16, 2010 at his home. He was 63 and a native of Church Pointe, LA. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker Friday, July 16, 2010 from 59pm and Saturday, July 17, 2010 from 10am12pm. Religious services conducted by Bro. James at Baker Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 12:00pm with interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker. Survived by wife, Sherry Lasyone Richard two daughters, Angela and Arlene Richard two sons and a daughterinlaw, Craig Richard and wife Lacey, and Blayne Richard four stepchildren, Bridgette Barton, Shawntelle Johnson and husband Jake, Lucas Territo and Chad Porter two sisters, Eva Mae Richard and Lima Fontenot and three brothers, Burllin, Darrell and Albert Richard as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Evence and Rena Miller Richard brother, Houston Richard and sister inlaw, Velma Richard. Pallbearers are Craig Richard, Blayne Richard, Tyler Kile, T. J. Kile, Ricky Loggins and Robert Ambrose. Honorary Pallbearers are Chad Porter and James Smith.
