David Lester

David Eugene Lester, 53 years old, beloved father, grandfather, son, brother and friend to many was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 24, 2020. He entered this world on September 8, 1967, born to Mildred Dillon Lester and William "Bill" Lester, Jr., in Baton Rouge, LA. David worked for Southern Power System for 15 years. He enjoyed going to the AMA Supercross in Houston and would ride any chance he got.

David is survived by his fiancé, Deshanda Michelli; son, Joseph Lester and wife, Janelle; daughters, Samantha Lester, and fiancé, Jon Tucker and Jessica Lester, and fiancé, Jesse Boles; three grandchildren, Bryson, Blair, and Bennett Lester; and two on the way, David and Mason Tucker; Deshandas children, Ronnie and Mia Lachney; mother, Mildred Dillon Lester; sisters, Serita and husband, Timothy Dugan and Tana and husband, Mike Rogers; cousin, Tonya Goldman; and a host of nieces and nephews.

David is preceded in death by his; father, William "Bill" Eugene Lester, Jr.; friend, David Michelli; and nephew, Christopher DuFour.

Private Services will be held on a later date.
