Dathan Aaron Langlois, 20 years old, beloved Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Uncle and Cousin, was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 10, 2022. He entered this world on December 7, 2001, born to Christina Langlois and Nathan Hayman, in Baton Rouge, LA. He loved to fish, spend time with his family BBQ'ing and cooking, animals, and building things. He always was willing to help people no matter what needed done, he always cracked jokes and did anything to put a smile on someone's face. Dathan had a great style and was always dressed very nice and had his hair perfectly styled and smelled great. He loved serving the Lord and loved Jesus.
Dathan is survived by his mothers, Christina Langlois and Mama Shell; father and step-mother, Nathan Hayman and Mama Jess; sisters, Caitlin, Mikelle, Kaileigh, and Brooklyn; grandparents, Sherry and Mike Gregoire, and Etta Mae and Jimmy Langlois; aunts and uncles, Jake Gregoire, Dusty and Jessica Hayman, Tammy and Stephen Tassin, and Felicia and B.J. Yates; nephew, Asher James; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Dathan is preceded in death by his cousins, Delana Frith, Brandon Frith, and Hunter Frith.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Gregoire, Jake Gregoire, Dusty Hayman, Kayden Hayman, Dylan Ganey, and Kade Sunde.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, on Friday, October 14, 2022, from 9:00 AM until the Celebration of Life Service at 12:00 PM, officiated by Reverend Matt Hayes. The graveside service and entombment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, in Baton Rouge, LA.
