Cj Prine

CJ Prine, 85 years old, beloved husband and father, grandfather, and great-grandfather was called to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 25, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. He entered this world on April 5, 1935, born to Moutern and Clarence Prine, in Osyka, MS. He was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. He was known as hardworking, determined, and stubborn. He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing, John Wayne movies, listening to church hymns with Amazing Grace being his favorite and telling stories about his time growing up.

CJ is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Bernice Prine; son, Ricky Prine [46]; 4 Stepchildren; 1 brother; 1 Special Grand Daughter Lilly May, 3 Daughters and a host of nieces and nephews.

CJ is preceded in death by his father, Clarence Prine; mother, Montora Prine; 1 son, 1 daughter; 2 grandchildren, 1 brother and 1 sister

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, on Monday, November 30, 2020, from 11:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 1:00pm, officiated by Father Michael Moroney.

Face masks are required upon entering the funeral home.
