Carolyn Bernard

A loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and greatgrandmother, she passed from this life to be with Jesus Christ on Saturday, March 3, 2012. She was 82. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from noon until religious services in the chapel at 2pm, conducted by Eric Devall. Interment in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker. She is survived by four children, Carolyn Devall, Krista Haydel, and Keith and Marshall Bernard and numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Osborn Bernard her parents, Warren and Mary Leteff a son, Rodney Bernard, and two grandchildren, Stacey Devall and Jacob Bernard. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Hospice, 10615 Jefferson Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70809, for their very understanding care of her.
