Brody Hopper

Brody Vance Hopper, a resident of Zachary, was born on August 25, 2010 and went home to be with Jesus on October 28, 2010. He was a joy to all who knew him in his short lived life here on Earth. His chubby little cheeks brought smiles to all of his family and friends. He celebrated the Sacrement of Baptism on Sunday, October 24, 2010 surrounded by his loving family at his home parish of St. Isidore Catholic Church. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010 from 69pm. Visiting at St. Isidore Catholic Church Monday, Nov. 1, 2010 from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10am, celebrated by the Rev. Frank Bass. He is survived by his loving parents, Derek Ronnie Vance Hopper Amy Kay Rioux Hopper his sweet big sister, Emma Grace Rioux paternal grandmother, Sonjia Evans Hopper paternal grandfather, Van Hopper maternal grandparents, Phillip Trudy Rioux paternal great grandparents, David Joye Patterson maternal great grandmother, Mary Chustz OCallaghan maternal aunt Godmother, Claire Rioux paternal aunt, Nicole Hopper and paternal uncle, Chris Hopper. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Clarence Bootsie OCallaghan, Bob Mary Rioux, William Bill Hopper, and Vernon Berdie Evans. A Brody Vance Hopper Bereavement Fund has been established at Hancock Bank.
