Bobby Womack

A resident of Baton Rouge, he died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. He was 79, selfemployed, and retired. He enjoyed family, hunting, and fishing. Memorial Services will be at 10am on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Comite Baptist Church, 12250 Greenwell Springs Road, Baton Rouge, conducted by Brother Dale Phillips. Survived by wife of 58 years, Mary Owen Womack of Baton Rouge daughter and soninlaw, Mary Ann Womack and Jimmy Rushing of Watson two granddaughters, Jill Marie Rushing of Longview, Texas, and Wendy Rachelle Rushing Bennett and husband Dwain of Denham Springs two great grandsons, Dustin and Devin two sisters, Eleanor Johnston of St. Amant, and Patsy Austin of West Monroe and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
