Beverly Hooper

Beverly Ann Hooper, 79 years old, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother was called to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on October 15, 2018. She entered this world on February 7, 1939, born to Raymond and Dera Wiley Folse, in Ruby, LA. Beverly was a member of Victory Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing at her camp at Old River and hunting with her family. She was a retired Deputy with the EBR Sheriff's Department.

Beverly is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Archie Hooper; daughter in law, Kathy Pinsonat; sons, Darren Hooper and wife Gayle; and Darrell Hooper and wife Dez; daughter, De De Harris and husband Jerry; 6 grandchildren;13 great- grandchildren; sister, Marlene Byars; and brother, Glenn Folse.

Beverly is preceded in death by her parents; son, Randy Hooper; daughter, Renee Kirkland; grandson, Jared Hooper; granddaughters, Audri Harris and Kari Dowty; and brother, Butch Folse.

Visitation at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Reverend George Scruggs, Jr. The graveside service and burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, in Baker, Louisiana.
