Betty Joy Rabb Kling

A resident of Zachary and a native of Baton Rouge, Betty passed away Thursday, May 08, 2014 at Lane Nursing Home. She was 83, and a retired office manager with Schuykill Metals Corporation.

Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Sunday, May 11, from 58pm. Visiting at Blackwater United Methodist Church, 10000 Blackwater Road, Baker, on Monday, May 12 from 9am until religious services at 10:30am, conducted by Rev. Marie Williams. Interment to follow in Blackwater UMC Cemetery.

Betty is survived by two daughters and a soninlaw, Sheila and Bob Troth, and Patti J. Kling a son and daughterinlaw, Barry A. and Theresa Kling sister, Barbara R. Wilson and four grandchildren, Natalie LaCost, William Billy Lacost, S. Hope Kling, and Gabrielle Kling.

Betty was preceded in by her husband, Earl Andrew Kling sister, Mildred R. Loudon and her parents, Alonzo A.J. and Eva King Rabb.

Betty was a member of Blackwater UMC and UMW. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lane Nursing Home Resident Activity Fund, 6300 Main St., Zachary, LA 70791 or a charity of your choice.
