Betty Hamilton

Betty Louise Clark Hamilton, 70, resident of Baker, LA passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 12, 2015.

Betty was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed time with her grandkids, her dogs (Buddy & Boomer), working in the yard, and spending time with family and friends.

Betty is survived by her wonderful husband of 33 years William S. Hamilton (Baker, LA); son, Billy Truett and wife Dana (Central, LA); daughter, Leslie H. Durr and Kizer Billiot (Denham Springs, LA); 5 grandchildren, Branden Durr, Taylor Durr, Brenna Truett, Cody Durr, and Aaron Truett; and 5 siblings, Paul Clark, Polly White, Mildred Denman, Vera McGaughey, and Billy Clark.

Betty is preceded in death her parents, Otis and Macie Clark; daughter, Rhonda Truett; and siblings, Aaron Clark, Gracie McGaughey, Eugene Clark, and George Clark.

Family request visiting hours to be observed on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 9am to 11am at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Rd, Baker, LA. A Memorial Service will be held following visitation at 11am, in the chapel.

Baker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
