John 14: 13 A beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, great uncle, and friend, a resident of Baker, and a security officer with Entergy River Bend, Pat went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 8, 2010 as a result of a 5:30am single car accident in Zachary. He was 48, born November 11, 1961 in Baton Rouge. Visiting at Baker Funeral Home, 6401 Groom Road, Baker, on Monday, October 11, 2010 from 59pm, with Recitation of the Living Rosary at 7pm. Visiting at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 5657 Thomas Road, Baton Rouge, on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10am, celebrated by the Rev. Fred Youngs. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. Survived by his mother, Mary Helen Potts Jones of Baker 2 sisters and brothersinlaw, Mary Alice Jones Donald Sears of Northridge, CA, and Carol Jones Walter M. Mayeux of Prairieville one brother, Joseph T. Tom III Laura W. Jones of Zachary and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by his father, Joseph Thomas Jay Jones Jr and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Jones Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. John H. Potts Sr. Pat loved his family, and was devoted to his mother. He enjoyed riding his horse, Zeus with his best friend, Louis. He possessed a great sense of humor and enjoyed comic writing. Pat was a very spiritual man, and devoted to the Blessed Mother. He was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
